Meet the founder

Greetings, my name is Mugu. Long before I founded IGHE, I was an impressionable student in search of own path towards aviation excellence. Before becoming the experienced pilot that I am today, I was first a mechatronic engineer.

But the door to golden opportunities opened up for me in New Zealand, which was where I gained my professional pilot license in 2004. Life was great, I finally achieved my dream of becoming a pilot.

But something was still lacking. I discovered that I possess a passion in changing other people’s lives. 2006 was the year I returned to Malaysia - that very year, IGHE was established to fill a gap in my beloved country. I saw that many Malaysians are in need of a guiding hand to lead them towards the same aviation pathway I took.

Professional pilot or successful aircraft engineer - I believe everyone has the potential and promise to fulfill their dreams. And my passion is to help them soar high.
